Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- They are unused and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- You’ve received a returns number from us
To request a return:
- Log into your account and submit a request, or
- Email hello@little-lilys.co.uk with your order number and reason
Returns must be approved before sending. Log into your account to request a return or email us at hello@little-lilys.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will issue you a returns number to include in your parcel.

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.

Returns are only eligible for store credit, unless the item is faulty.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Please note in-store we offer a no refund policy, returns within 28 days will be issued with a store credit/ exchange. You must have proof of purchase with you.

Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Socks and tights
Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us at hello@little-lilys.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos.
- We’ll reach out to the manufacturer to verify the issue.
- Once confirmed, we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or replacement, where possible
Note: Refunds for faulty items can only be processed after manufacturer confirmation. This may take a few business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
We are happy to offer you an exchange
- Log into your account and request an exchange
- Or email us at hello@little-lilys.co.uk with your order number and details
We’ll ship the new item once we receive your original one in returnable condition. You’ll be responsible for exchange postage.
Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be issued within 10 working days after we receive your return.
Store credit will be issued straight away, to your account.
We cannot refund:
- Items missing tags or packaging
- Used or worn items
Please try on footwear indoors and keep all items clean and undamaged during try-ons.
