Shipping

What postage do you offer?

All our parcels are posted by Royal Mail we offer, 48 Hour Tracked, 24 Hour Tracked and Express Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, you will be sent full tracking information to your email when the item has been dispatched. Postage will be shown at checkout. 

Can I order online and collect in-store? 

Yes! We offer free click and collect in-store, this option is available at checkout and should be ready to collect within 2 hours depending on the item. 

Do you post overseas?

Due to Brexit we no longer ship internationally. 

I have not received my item, what should I do?

Please check your tracking number and use the link provided on Royal Mail to check for delivery updates. If your item hasn't arrived within 7 working days. Please contact our customer service team hello@little-lilys.co.uk with your information and we will be happy to help. 

 

Returns 

For any questions on returns please see our returns policy here. 

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds for Returns if accepted are processed within 10 working days of when the package arrives back to store. If for any reason you still have not received your refund please contact our customer service team hello@little-lilys.co.uk. 

Products 

The product I would like is out of stock, will it be coming back?

Our items sell out fast due to them being popular, however we may restock some items. If you wish to be notified if an item is back in-stock or we can look at ordering it in for you. Please get in-touch with our team who can advise you and help hello@little-lily.co.uk.

Do you carry more stock online than in-store? 

Everything on our website is available for you to browse in-store, some items may not be on the shop floor however ask a member of our team if you can't see what you are looking for and we can help you. 

Pre-ordered items 

We offer pre-order on some of our items, so you are able to pre-order before they come in-stock. All information on an estimated delivery date is on the item listing. However, the delivery date may vary and cannot be guaranteed due to shipping and other factors but we will keep you updated of any changes. As soon as the item is available it will be shipped out to you.

Ordering 

Do you offer gift wrap? 

Yes we can gift wrap your items when you purchase any wrapping paper, please leave a note at checkout for your item to be gift wrapped. We all offer gift boxes and personalised gifting, select any of these items and leave a note. If you would like your items gift wrapped in-store please ask a member of our team.

Do you offer discount codes? 

We have an exclusive offer for your first purchase get 10% off when you sign up to our newsletter. We also send out occaisaal offers through our newsletters throughout the year. Sign up here www.little-lilys.co.uk - found on our pop up or at the bottom of the website.

The Shoe Shop 

We are a professionally trained team of shoe fitters and providing you with a range of children's shoes from first walkers to school shoes and offer a free shoe fitting service in-store and can help assist you when it comes to ordering and getting the right shoe fit online. 

Do you offer measuring service?

Yes we do. We can measure your little ones feet in-store during our opening ours. Our team have been trained with the Start-rite system and are available to offer guidance and advice in-store. We can also offer guidance online, if you have any questions head to our live chat.

Do I need to make an appointment? 

You do not need to make an appointment just call in to store during our opening  hours, if you wish to make an appointment you can on our online booking system. Book here

Do you stock older children's shoes? 

Yes we have an assortment of sizes, we start from a UK 2 ( EU 18) and go up to and adult size 5 UK (EU 38) for school shoes - our shoes vary in sizes but we cater from pre-walkers to teens.

Personalised items 

We offer personalised item service where we can add names and dates to selected products.

What products can I personalise?

Is this service offered in-store? 

Yes, you can pop in-store to order your personalised items. We have a few items on display which you can view and we can work together to create something. We often can have this made the same day, dependent on our busy periods. 

I've made a mistake on my order, what should I do? 

If you've placed your order and notice a message, please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order has already been made unfortunately  we may not be able to make any changes. 

How long does it take to make? 

The time scale can vary, we aim to try make and dispatch your personalised items within 1-2 working days. If you require your item sooner please get in-touch and we can try help, during busy periods this may increase to 3-5 days.
