🎃 Spooky Fun & Free Family Adventures in Llandudno This Halloween

Boo! 👻 The spooky season has arrived in Llandudno  and we at Little Lily & Co are so excited! Halloween is one of our favourite times of year: crisp sea air, golden leaves swirling down Mostyn Street, and the perfect excuse for a bit of family fun. Whether you’re local or visiting, there’s plenty of free and frightfully fun things to do right here in our beautiful seaside town.

Here are some of our top picks for a fang-tastic family day out this Halloween — plus a little something from us to help keep your little monsters comfortable on their feet!

🕸️ 1. Take a Spooky Stroll on Llandudno Promenade

Wrap up warm, grab a hot chocolate, and wander along the promenade at dusk. The Victorian lampposts and sea mist create the perfect spooky atmosphere no special effects needed! Keep your eyes peeled for the ghosts of sailors and sea captains (or maybe just friendly locals in fancy dress).

🧡 Tip: Bring your bikes or scooters it’s a lovely, free way to enjoy the evening with little ones.

🎭 2. Halloween Window Trail

Many local shops in Llandudno, including us here at Little Lily & Co, are joining in on the Halloween window display fun! Why not make a game of it?
Count how many pumpkins, bats, or black cats you can spot in shop windows along Mostyn Street and Madoc Street.

🎃 Bonus challenge: Pop into Little Lily & Co and show us your window trail sheet there might just be a sweet treat waiting!

🦇 3. Trick or Treat the High Street (Safely!)

Check if there’s a local Trick or Treat trail happening  many shops offer a safe, daytime way for little ones to collect sweets from participating businesses.
Even if there’s no official event, plenty of friendly shopkeepers (like us!) love to see little ones in costume.

🧡 Don’t forget to pop by and show us your costumes  we love seeing our mini customers dressed up as pumpkins, witches, and superheroes!

👣 4. Get Your Feet Measured at Little Lily & Co

Okay, it’s not spooky but it is one of the most important things you can do for your child this season! Autumn is a time for new boots, school shoes, and puddle-jumping wellies, so make sure your little one’s feet are comfy and supported.

🥿 Our professional fitting service is completely free, and no appointment is needed. Just pop in, and we’ll make sure your child’s shoes fit perfectly before the next big adventure (or candy hunt!).

📍 Find us on Mostyn Street  look for the friendly faces and the cutest little shoes in town!

🕯️ 5. Visit the Happy Valley Gardens

If the weather’s kind, Happy Valley Gardens is a magical spot for families. The woodland trails and hidden paths feel just right for a Halloween scavenger hunt search for “magic” stones, pinecones, or fallen leaves shaped like hearts.
Bring your own picnic or flask of soup for a cosy finish overlooking the bay.

🧙♀️ 6. Explore the Great Orme (If You Dare!)

Feeling brave? Head up the Great Orme for a mini adventure. There are whispers of ghostly goats and mysterious lights on the hillside… but mostly it’s just a fantastic free walk with unbeatable views of Llandudno. Perfect for burning off all those Halloween treats!

🕸️ Wrap-Up: A Fang-tastic Family Halloween

We love this time of year  the laughter, the dressing up, and the joy of exploring Llandudno together. So grab your capes and hats, your coats and boots, and get ready for a spooky (but budget-friendly!) Halloween adventure.

And of course, if your little ghouls need new shoes for all that trick-or-treating, come and see us at Little Lily & Co.
We’ll measure, fit, and make sure those tiny toes are ready to take on autumn in style.

👟 Pop in anytime – no appointment needed!
